It indicates every requirement asked of an applicant. Submitting a partially filled application will automatically lead to rejection. Regardless of how ambiguous an entry field seems, do not proceed to the next section without filling something in it. If you have no immediate answer, you can always write an explanation.

A copy of tax information from your parents is a requirement too. You can provide your own in case you cannot get it from the latter. If unemployed, give explanations about it.

Writing a personal statement is also a major part of the process. This is where you describe your motivation in life and what you hope to get out of the scholarship. The main mistake that many applicants make here is only talking about their financial problems. Try to say something that will make you stand out. Talk about how you see yourself impacting the community as a result of being a beneficiary.

Recommendation letters, two of them, are mandatory as well. This will help reviewers determine the nature of the person they are about to fund. If possible, ask your recommenders to paint you in positive light if they are to mail their letters separately.
