By Martha Kelly

As a matter of fact, losing a true love is a painful, complicated, and a confusing experience. While the people around you may try to be helpful, it is not usually that simple. Although you try to move on and begin a fresh, it sometimes feels impossible since you still grieve your old relationship. Nevertheless, through a Relationship Break Up Therapy, it is possible to overcome the difficult experience and create a new start.

Mostly, after a heartbreak, you walk with a bleeding heart and your head has too many thoughts. Usually, it is difficult to bury your feelings even after the affair is over. Intellectually, you know that you have to move on but your heart retains the attachment even if you are the one who called it a quit.

Generally, breakups are usually isolating even if people speak of moving on as a walk in the park. The truth is that people who loved genuinely usually feel confused and do when a break up occurs. This crush happens when you continuously think of the relationship and crave for a reunion when you are supposed to keep off. Also, you feel that the pain will last forever. Even when you know that the relationship had to end you are still emotionally attached.

However, it is a must that you will have to move on even after being heartbroken. This will be facilitated by use of a recovery technique or therapy which aims at releasing you from the emotions attached to you so that moving on can be achieved. The therapy will provide answers for questions that mainly remain an answer in your mind. It will also address the complex and confusing situations that follow up after the breakup and provide necessary solution.

Meanwhile, it is important to be aware that having a breakup means bringing to an end a marriage, relationship, partnership or friendship that has lasted for a long period of time. It also means losing a relative, family member or a colleague.

Depression, fear, empty feeling, anger, restlessness, irritability, guilt, sadness among others are the major distress signs that occur after this loss has occurred. Other effects notable include fatigue and low energy feelings, sex drive change, sleep and appetite pattern change.

In order to heal, you should know that all the stages and symptoms are normal after such a loss. At the same time, each recovery stage is important and natural in the healing process. You also need to acknowledge that you have actually experienced a loss and you are not alone since there are millions other ending their relationships.

Again, you should give yourself time to recover and get enough time to rest as you have gone through enough trial. Lastly, seeking for help does not expose you as weak but rather strong as you recognize your weaknesses thus taking steps towards your recovery.
