Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Vegetables and fruits contain a good amount of antioxidants. These compounds help in preventing your skin from getting damaged. They help to flush out molecules that are unstable in the body that causes damage to skin cells which lead to fast aging.

Ensure you do not over wash your face. Use a moisturizer to moisten your skin. A moist skin is hard to develop lines and will preserve the natural oils on it. Avoid over washing your face to avoid doing away with the protection on the epidermis.
