Health is one of the most important part of our lives that we tend to neglect. When we say health, we immediately think of food. Yes, a big part of our health is based on our food intake. But let us not forget that to have a healthy body, our food intake should be hand in hand with proper exercise. Proper food intake and exercise should work together in order for you to have a healthy body.
