For the stew, what you have to do is just add the meats to the stew. You will have to allow it to cook until it is already tender.

The ingredient can be used for burger too. You can either cook it to a bulk or you may use them for patties. Cooking in bulk is actually faster than what you are making beef burger. No fat will be left in the pan too. When you prefer patties, then better sear the sides with the grill. Lower the temperature after that.
