Having such kind of attitude towards your work is pretty admirable. However, unless you know how to balance things out, assure that you would never acquire the happiness you have been looking for. Living in a place full of regrets and dissatisfaction is not living at all. You might be needing those kinds of experiences, especially for your growth. You must face it head on. You should learn to. If you like to change the past, you should do it before it comes. Do it before the future occurs. You would only have a short life.
