It is often important that all social workers complete the continuing educational units (CEUs) even with bachelors and masters degrees in order to be fully accredited. This has nothing to do with all the clinical supervision and intense exams that include the written and oral tests that you have to pass before being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). The issue of cost is also of great considerations. Other than saving on expenses related to traveling, the internet versions tends to be far much cheaper as compared to the in person alternatives.
