Google Docs have given a great contribution on making the teachers become more effective when conducting their lessons for writing. By letting students write all of their papers in the Google Docs, they can help not only the product but as well as the processing. Google forms can be used for creating examinations such as questions that are text based or multiple choices. Second is time table or events. This can be used in making time tables and upcoming events then share with the users or to the public to provide information.

Third is discussion. Groups and forums are also available to be able to track both the previous and the recent discussions. Fourth is documentation. This application is composed of a lot of innovative features which include add on, research, embed gadgets, etc. The end users are allowed to create documents and share it to multiple users. Fifth is reports or presentation. Sheets and slides are widely used for doing representations and calculations.
